Nicola Bulley: Police “extremely concerned” about dog walkers missing for three days
Missing dog walker Nicola Bulley’s partner has said he is in “eternal hell” while their two children await their mother’s return.
Police have been searching the River Wyre in St Michael’s on Wyre, Lancashire for almost a week after Ms Bulley, 45, went missing at 9.15am last Friday.
Her phone was found near where she was last seen, still on a conference call, and her dog was walking loose. Her parents fear she has been kidnapped.
Speak with MailOnline Yesterday Mr Ansell said: ‘It’s just eternal hell. It’s just utter disbelief. We’re going through this, but it doesn’t feel real.
“All we can say is that we have to find her,” he said. “She has two little girls who need their mommy at home. We must have good news now.”
Ms Bulley’s parents Ernest, 73, and Dot, 72, vowed “we will never stop looking for her”. Mr. Bulley told The mirror: “If the worst came to the worst and she was never found, how are we going to deal with it for the rest of our lives?”

Mystery of a mother who disappeared during a business conference call
Walk your dog, have a coffee, go for a jog: all normal activities done daily with minimal problems (Thomas Kingsley writes).
However, for mother-of-two Nicola Bulley, a stroll along the River Wyre has become a considerable mystery, sparking a missing persons inquiry after the 45-year-old disappeared off Garstang Road in the village of St Michael’s on Wyre and only left was her spaniel.
Emergency teams including Lancashire Fire and Rescue, the Bowland Pennine Mountain Rescue Team and the North West Underwater Search Team have joined the investigation, while Lancashire Police have urged a “potentially important witness” to come forward.

Grounds of a large vacant house searched
Search teams scrambled around a large, unoccupied house while continuing to search for Nicola Bulley.
Kev Camplin of Bowland Pennine Mountain Rescue said the site of a large unoccupied cottage and a long stretch of the river, including wooded areas and water’s edges, had been searched Lancashire Evening Post reported.
He said: “The abandoned house is just across the river from the bank, over a 10ft garden wall. It’s pretty fancy.
“We didn’t go indoors: As a volunteer search and rescue team, we don’t actually go inside buildings. We might go to a barn or something. We’ll leave that to the police.
“While the team was searching the premises the owner was there for some reason and we asked him to go inside and he quickly looked around and she wasn’t there.”

Passer-by remembers free-roaming dog
A passer-by who raised the alarm that Nicola Bulley was missing has spoken for the first time about encountering the mother-of-two’s dog by a river.
The woman, who asked not to be identified, spotted brown Springer Spaniel Willow walking loose with the harness on the floor.
She also found Ms Bulley’s mobile phone on a bench under a tree with a sign nailed to it warning of deep water.
She called her daughter-in-law, who called Ms. Bulley’s longtime partner Paul, who dialed 999.
The woman said: “I saw the dog and recognized it, but suddenly I couldn’t tell whose dog it was.
“There was a cell phone on the bench and there was something between the bench and the river too so I went and looked and it was a dog harness.
“The dog looked worried so when I had to go to an appointment I tied her up and rushed home.
“I then went and spoke to my daughter-in-law and she knew right away who the dog was, alerted the woman’s partner and that was it – the police were on it.”
